Shipping, Returns & Terms
Online merchandise may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the shipment to the address on your packing slip. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a store credit will be issued on your account.
- Products must be in the condition you received them, not worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached.
- Special orders cannot be returned as they were specifically created for you.
- Sale items and jewelry are final sale.
- We do not refund original shipping charges.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
**If you are shopping in our Brookside Store in Kansas City, purchases can be returned for store credit only.

Human and technical errors may occur with our website format, product quantities, descriptions and/or our packing process. We certainly strive to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time.
Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If your merchandise is damaged, let us know within 2 days of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us at email@example.com. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
Your privacy is important to us. Rest assured that any of your personal info is not sold or forwarded to anyone else. (We're too small for that stuff!) Also your credit card info is encoded with the latest online security methods.
